Salz Vision Gallery in the current PARNASS Special Auctions and Fine Arts

A full double-page portrait about our arrival at Salzgries, our network between Vienna and Yekaterinburg, and the first exhibition with Viktoria Andreeva, Kata Oelschlägel, Katrin S. Weidhofer that opened the space.

The PARNASS article describes “Metamorphosis” as an exhibition that takes up Ovid’s motif of transformation and examines the body as malleable matter. The three positions work with very different approaches: Oelschlägel shifts the boundary between object, performance, and painterly gesture. Weidhofer combines analog photography with watercolor and embroidery to create dense pictorial spaces. Andreeva develops body images in which transitions and fault lines become central structural moments.
