Mateo Arendt (b. 1990, Lisbon) works primarily in works on paper, combining acrylic, graphite, and collage to construct abstract urban imaginaries. His practice investigates the traces of forgotten places and imagined cities. Arendt’s editions and drawings have been featured in group exhibitions throughout Portugal, Spain, and Austria.
